  31.     Sure.  Imagine a long RECTANGULAR wire.  TWIST the straight wire 270 
  32. degrees.  Now BEND it into a hoop.

  34.     That's the simple case.  In fact, the project calls for three 
  35. overlapping non-symetrical loops.  Because of the complicated curve, I think the 
  36. way to approach is via path extrude, not rail extrude, since I don't see how one 
  37. could use the 2nd rail to modulate the 270 twist.
